The staff were very nice. At about $120 a night for a big two bedroom condo with a jacuzzi and washer/dryer, this was obscenely good value for Tahoe. The only problem was that a lot of the vertical blinds were missing. This seems like a really easy fix. Otherwise the condo was well maintained.

Zero stars if I could leave. Wife booked a condo for this weekend. Called registration during open hours at 5:30pm to leave them a voicemail that we will arrive at 9:30pm. Booking email said to call the after hours number and you will get the lock box code with an envelope with your room # and key. Called the after hours registration # and was told to wait for a call back. Lockbox was empty and no keys or envelopes. 4 other family’s showed up all calling the after hours number. We left and made other arrangements and felt like a scam. Super dishonest and zero respect for these people and their management.

Location was great. The woman at registration was very nice and courteous let us know what is around and what things we could during our stay at this lovely place. Hot tub, game room, grilling etc. warned us about bears randomly coming and what to leave in our vehicle because of bears might come. Room was amazing. Just one thing made me make it 4 star instead of 5. Was a little smelly in the room. And whoever stayed or cleaned the room before we used it forgot one thing. Was a little surprised to find a surprise in one of the bathrooms which did not make me happy at the moment. Lets just leave it at that. Other than those 2 things this place was amazing. They would have gotten all 5 stars minus for those 2 things

What a great place to stay.. we felt so welcome the staff in the office were amazing.. the apartment was just perfect very cozy and comfy. We stayed 5 nights and ended up stayed 4 more nights somewhere closer in town and we regretted our decision we wish we would have booked our entire stay here at Tahoe summit.. the game room was a huge hit and a lot of fun and of course seeing some of the bears coming through at night.. we will be back and we will be staying here again… thanks

Gracious Staff, great location, great two bedroom Condo. Our Wifi in the first building we were in was out and it was a holiday which meant no repairmen available. They graciously moved us to another unit.

They have the best price it was three bedroom, two-story condominium. We love it the only background is they don’t have elevators because it’s old building. Other than that we had a great time. We will be there repeat customers.

I had a wonderful experience here. Room was clean service was good, check in early, very accommodating. Hot tub in room worked very well. Quiet location great views. Easy to get to the ski resort. I recommend it.

Stay away from this place. They asked you to pick up keycode and room number in a lock box during their after hour, while their check in time is only 4PM-7PM. How can you arrive Tahoe right on this short period of time. We arrived at 10:30PM, only saw an empty lockbox. Most likely this single lockbox holds everyone’s key code and room number. Called their after hour numbers, the lady was nice but nothing she can do to open the door for us. On call support guy and their manager do NOT pickup the phone. 5 others families are freezing right outside the place. After 2 hour waiting, we decide to leave and find another place. Would give Zero if I can.
